About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving funding/balance issues, and resolving technical issues. Training will be provided but must have prior customer service and tech support experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in customer service, tech support, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Phones skills are a must
